समीर वानखेड़े ने आर्यन खान ड्रग्स केस में शाहरुख खान से रिश्वत मांगने/लेने के आरोपों का स्पष्ट इनकार किया है। उन्होंने बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट में कहा कि उन्होंने कभी भी अभिनेता से ₹25 करोड़ की रिश्वत नहीं मांगी और न ही ली, और यह आरोप बुनियादी तौर पर गलत हैं। अदालत में उनकी याचिका पर सुनवाई जारी है और CBI द्वारा दर्ज भ्रष्टाचार FIR को ख़ारिज करने की दलीलें पेश की जा रही हैं। वानखेड़े ने खुद को निर्दोष बताया और आरोपों को बिना सबूत का ठहराया है।
