One-stop-shop center for Women’s health launched
The Department of Health (DOH), the Embassy of Israel in Manila, and the Makati Medical Center Foundation, on March 24, 2026, launch a one-stop health center aimed at providing free maternal and reproductive health services for women. The ISHA Center—which means 'woman' in Hebrew—was established at the Rizal Medical Center and offers free services for women, from preconception to menopause. Israeli Ambassador Dana Kursh described the project as a celebration of women and a testament to the strong partnership between Israel and the Philippines.
