Former Minority Leader Kelvon Morris revealed on Tuesday a document from the Office of Procurement Regulation (OPR) dated May 2025, investigating allegations of irregularities in the procurement and award of contract for the Adventure Housing Development.
The allegations were brought to the OPR by Mr. Morris. The THA issued a release on Monday stating all necessary processes were followed in the THA housing projects. Mr. Morris says the THA has questions to answer. More in this Elizabeth Williams report.
