ADORABLE ENCOUNTER WITH SPERM WHALE

Watch this adorable video of a sperm whale playfully chasing divers underwater.
Rolf Kolenbrander, an accountant from the Netherlands, went diving with his wife off the shore of Dominica.
They encountered a baby and a mother sperm whale and started filming them.
The mother whale took off some distance away to rest, but the baby sperm whale stayed with the group.
Suddenly, a baby sperm whale started playing with the group, chasing them around with its mouth hanging open.
Rolf’s wife, Lisa, shared her experience with the whale: “At first, the baby sperm whale was very relaxed in our presence, even with its mother a little further away.
“But then the little one changed his direction, completely, and started swimming straight towards me.
“I didn’t know what to do, so I started swimming backwards as fast as I could.
“But the whale didn’t back off; it started chasing another diver who was with us with its mouth open.
“It was an intense experience, but also really fun, as we could see it meant no harm.”
