With the murder count rising , Opposition Leader Pennelope Beckles is calling out the Prime Minister on the crime situation. Speaking to the media today Beckles noted that while the Prime Minister claimed the SOE, the US radar and Stand Your Ground legislation would dampen crime, the reality is much different.
