आईपीएल क्रिकेट का 19वां सत्र आज शाम बेंगलुरु में शुरू होगा। उद्घाटन मैच में मौजूदा चैंपियन रॉयल चैलेंजर्स बेंगलुरु का सामना सनराइजर्स हैदराबाद से एम. चिन्नास्वामी स्टेडियम में होगा। यह मुकाबला शाम 7:30 बजे से खेला जाएगा। दो महीने चलने वाला यह टूर्नामेंट 31 मई तक चलेगा।
पिछले वर्ष जून में रॉयल चैलेंजर्स बेंगलुरु की खिताबी जीत के जश्न के दौरान स्टेडियम के बाहर भगदड़ में जान गंवाने वाले 11 प्रशंसकों के प्रति सम्मान व्यक्त करने के लिए भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड ने पारंपरिक उद्घाटन समारोह रद्द कर दिया है। अधिकारियों ने यह भी घोषणा की है कि उनकी स्मृति में इस सत्र में स्टेडियम की 11 सीटें स्थायी रूप से खाली रहेंगी।
The 19th season of IPL cricket will begin this evening in Bengaluru. In the opening match, the current champion Royal Challengers Bangalore faced Sunrisers Hyderabad from M. It will be held at Chinnaswamy Stadium. This match will be played from 7:30 pm. This two-month long tournament will continue till May 31.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India has canceled the traditional opening ceremony to pay their respects to the 11 fans who lost their way in the stampede outside the stadium during Royal Challengers Bangalore's title victory celebrations in June last year. Officials have also announced that 11 seats in the stadium will remain permanently vacant this season in his memory.
