This Friday, President Donald Trump said "Cuba is next" during a speech at an investment forum in Miami, while not specifying exactly what he plans to do with the island nation. For his part, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that now might be the time for political change in Cuba, advocating for replacing those in charge and arguing that Cuba's economy cannot change unless its system of government changes. Rubio questioned who would invest billions of dollars in a communist country run by what he called "incompetent communists," asserting that economic and political freedom come together.
