Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) announced the 86th wave of Operation "True Promise 4" on Sunday, launched as a tribute to murdered Lebanese journalists Ali Sheaib, Fatima Ftouni, and Mohammad Ftouni. According to official statements, the operation began at dawn and was also dedicated to the Armenian and Christian martyrs of the Eight-Year Sacred Defense and the Ramadan War. During the initial phase, missile and drone strikes targeted infrastructure linked to U.S.-Israeli aerial and unmanned operations, alongside weapons stockpiles in Iraq, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.
