U.S. President Donald Trump said Tuesday securing the Strait of Hormuz is "not for us" as he estimated the US will be done attacking Iran in 2 to 3 weeks.
Speaking to reporters in the Oval Office, Trump said that the U.S. will “will not have anything to do with” what happens in the Strait of Hormuz, instead telling reporters that the responsibility for keeping the vital waterway open would belong with countries that rely on it.
