(Italian: Seddok, l’erede di Satana)

Atom Age Vampire (1960) is an Italian science‑fiction horror film directed by Anton Giulio Majano. Despite its sensational American title, the film contains no actual vampires. Instead, it follows a scientist whose experiments with radiation‑based serums transform him into a monstrous killer.

The story centers on Jeanette, a nightclub dancer who becomes disfigured in a car accident. Dr. Alberto Levin, obsessed with restoring her beauty, uses an experimental serum called Derma 28 to heal her. When the serum runs out, he begins murdering women to obtain the biological material needed to continue the treatment. Eventually, he injects himself with an unstable earlier formula, Derma 25, which mutates him into the creature misleadingly marketed as the “vampire.”
