Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) probes a taxi operator after K-pop idol Soobin of TXT reports a cab for attempting to overcharge him in Cebu.
Soobin says he agreed to pay P500 for a trip that should have been just P300, but the driver demanded P1,000 when they arrived at the drop off point.
