Generally fair to partly cloudy weather will prevail across most parts of the country on Black Saturday, April 4, with no tropical cyclone expected in the next two to three days, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
According to the agency, easterlies are currently affecting and prevailing over Southern Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao.
