11-year-old boy dies after crash between scooter and car in Mandurah

An 11-year-old boy has died after his push scooter collided with a car in Mandurah. Witnesses say the accident happened as fast that the driver didn’t have time to break. The boy is the fourth person to die on WA roads over the Easter period.
