A child has died in a jet ski incident at Pigeon Point in Tobago. 7 year-old Sadie Jogie of Barrackpore was bathing with family members at Pigeon Point beach when tragedy struck. The 7 year-old was struck by a jet ski that broke the perimeter rope. More from Elizabeth Williams.
