Meta committed an additional $21B to CoreWeave for AI cloud infrastructure from 2027–2032, adding to a prior $14.2B deal, as its total capex hits $115B–$135B this year. The deal reduces CoreWeave's Microsoft dependency from 62% to under 35% per customer as Nvidia GPU demand surges.
