UP के Lakhimpur Kheri के Motipur गांव में Ambedkar Statue टूटने के बाद बड़ा बवाल खड़ा हो गया।Ambedkar Jayanti के दिन हुई इस घटना ने पूरे इलाके में तनाव फैला दियाग्रामीणों ने Police पर ही Baba Saheb की मूर्ति तोड़ने का गंभीर आरोप लगाया।घटना के बाद महिलाओं ने सड़क जाम कर जोरदार protest किया।-Kukra road पर करीब 4 घंटे तक traffic पूरी तरह ठप रहा।स्थिति तब बिगड़ी जब Police और प्रदर्शनकारियों के बीच झड़प हो गई।भीड़ को काबू करने के लिए Police ने हल्का lathi charge कियागुस्साए लोगों ने कई सरकारी वाहनों में तोड़फोड़ की।प्रशासन मौके पर पहुंचा लेकिन लोगों का गुस्सा देर तक शांत नहीं हुआ।
