Conservative candidate Rafael Lopez Aliaga alleges fraud in presidential election

The conservative candidate, Rafael López Aliaga, spoke out at the headquarters of the national election board to present his complaints after presidential candidate Roberto Sánchez beat him with 89 percent of the votes counted.
