अमरावती प्रकरणावर वारिस पठाणांची प्रतिक्रिया; आरोपींच्या कडक शिक्षेची मागणी

अमरावती येथे अल्पवयीन मुलींवरील अत्याचार प्रकरणात तिघांना अटक करण्यात आली आहे. या पार्श्वभूमीवर AIMIM नेते वारिस पठाण यांनी स्पष्ट भूमिका मांडली आहे. आरोपींच्या कृत्याचा तीव्र निषेध करत त्यांनी सांगितले की, अशा घृणास्पद कृत्य करणाऱ्यांना कठोरात कठोर शिक्षा झाली पाहिजे. मात्र, या घटनेचा संबंध संपूर्ण मुस्लिम समाजाशी जोडणे चुकीचे असल्याचेही त्यांनी ठामपणे सांगितले.

तसेच, कोणत्याही व्यक्तीचे घर बुलडोझरने पाडणे हे कायद्याच्या चौकटीबाहेर असल्याचे नमूद करत त्यांनी योग्य न्यायप्रक्रियेचे पालन करण्याची मागणी केली. काही राजकीय नेते वातावरण बिघडवणारी विधाने करत असल्याची टीकाही त्यांनी केली. या प्रकरणात फक्त कायद्याच्या आधारे कारवाई व्हावी, अशी भूमिका त्यांनी मांडली.
