'Words cannot repair harm' - senior police officer speaks after Paul Quinn found guilty of 2003 rape

Greater Manchester Police Assistant Chief Constable Steph Parker said "words can never repair the harm caused" to Andrew Malkinson, who was wrongly convicted of a 2003 rape for which Paul Quinn was found guilty on Friday.
