A bill is soon to be brought to Parliament for income from pension fund plans and deferred annuity plans approved by the Board of Inland Revenue to exempt from income tax.
The Prime Minister made the announcement in Parliament today and said it will be a major reform of the country's tax system set to begin at the beginning of this year.
This, as the Prime Minister responded to a question from one Opposition MP about the pensions of public servants.
