केंद्र सरकार ने आखिरकार सरकारी कर्मचारियों और पेंशनर्स के लिए बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए Dearness Allowance (DA) में 2% की बढ़ोतरी को मंजूरी दे दी है।अब DA 58% से बढ़कर 60% हो गया है, जिससे करीब 1.19 करोड़ लोगों को सीधा फायदा मिलेगा।सबसे खास बात यह है कि यह बढ़ोतरी 1 जनवरी 2026 से लागू मानी जाएगी।यानि कर्मचारियों को पिछले महीनों का एरियर (Arrears) भी मिलेगा, जिससे उनकी सैलरी में अच्छी बढ़त देखने को मिलेगी।
यह फैसला बढ़ती महंगाई को ध्यान में रखते हुए लिया गया है, ताकि कर्मचारियों की आय पर असर कम हो सके।DA की गणना AICPI-IW इंडेक्स के आधार पर की जाती है, जो महंगाई के स्तर को दर्शाता है।इस बढ़ोतरी के बाद अब 8th Pay Commission को लेकर चर्चाएं भी तेज हो गई हैं।कर्मचारी संगठनों की तरफ से फिटमेंट फैक्टर बढ़ाने की मांग भी उठ रही है।कुल मिलाकर, यह फैसला कर्मचारियों के लिए बड़ी राहत और आर्थिक मजबूती लेकर आया है।
The Central Government has approved a 2% hike in Dearness Allowance (DA), bringing major relief to government employees and pensioners.
