Cléo de Mérode performs a 17th-century peasant dance originating from the Gavot people of the French Alps. Le Vieux Paris sought to give a nostalgic view of Paris throughout the ages, with the Danses de jadis et de naguère seeking to be a dance encyclopedia of sorts. A part of the Phono-Cinéma-Théâtre.
