Romualdez not barred from leaving PH, says lawyer
Ade Fajardo, legal counsel of former Speaker Martin Romualdez, reiterates that his client is not barred from leaving the country. stressing that an immigration lookout bulletin order is only issued against him, which does not prohibit travel but simply requires prior coordination with authorities. He also said that the Anti Money-Laundering Council should file a formal freeze order application before the Court of Appeals.
