SAGIP Party-list Rep. Paolo Marcoleta claimed that Vice President Sara Duterte’s SALN was not raised in the original impeachment complaints.
However, Rep. Bienvenido Abante Jr. and Chairperson Gerville Luistro disputed this, pointing to physical evidence showing that the SALN was mentioned in the documents.
Marcoleta later acknowledged that the SALN was indeed cited in the original complaints but argued that it had not been attached at the time. In response, Luistro reiterated the committee’s position, adding that they would rely on the Supreme Court for any necessary action.
