Russian, Libyan foreign ministers hold talks in Moscow
Russia is ready to assist Libya in “restoring unity and national reconciliation,” Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Tuesday after holding talks with Libya’s acting foreign minister, Taher Al-Baour, in Moscow.
