Sara urged to answer AMLC allegations over undeclared bank funds
Akbayan Rep. Jose Manuel Diokno says that Vice President Sara Duterte must answer the allegation that she did not declare millions of inflows from her bank accounts as revealed by the Anti-Money Laundering Council at the House of Representatives justice committee hearing on April 22, 2026. Meanwhile, Diokno shrugged off the alleged inconsistencies in the testimony of alleged bagman Ramil Madriaga, saying that in his 30 years of lawyering, he believes that the testimony of any witness should be treated with a grain of salt.
