In this episode, Adam Cartwright becomes romantically involved with Sue Ellen Terry (played by Fay Spain), a lovely young saloon girl who has multiple admirers. Adam ends up defending her honor in a duel, but the situation is complicated by her reputation and her living situation with her sister.
