Ahogada por la severidad del colegio de monjas, Valeria (Gloria Guida) se contentará con tener sueños eróticos, que le aÃslen de esa atmósfera opresiva. De regreso a casa, encontrará una situación familiar muy compleja, ya que su padre vive sólo para sus negocios, su madre tiene una relación extramarital con un socio de su marido y su hermano Lorenzo vive ahogado por sus deudas y los problemas que le causan sus amistades. Por eso, la joven tratará de respirar un aire nuevo, entrando en contacto con Spartaco (Corrado Pani), un hombre que vive en un barracón de la playa, dedicado a la creación de extrañas obras de arte.
Suffocated by the strictness of the convent school, Valeria (Gloria Guida) finds solace in erotic dreams, a way to escape the oppressive atmosphere. Upon returning home, she discovers a complex family situation: her father is consumed by his business, her mother is having an affair with one of her husband's associates, and her brother Lorenzo is drowning in debt and plagued by problems caused by his friends. Seeking a change of pace, the young woman befriends Spartaco (Corrado Pani), a man who lives in a beach shack and creates unusual works of art.
