Chihuahua Escapes After Getting Caught Peeing Near Couch

This person caught a Chihuahua peeing near a couch while the family dog watched from on top of it. When confronted, the Chihuahua ran off and briefly got stuck under a gate, but managed to squeeze through and escape.
