India's Sun Pharmaceutical Industries agreed to acquire Organon for $11.75B at $14 per share, positioning Sun as a top-three player in global women's health. Organon sells contraceptives including Nexplanon and fertility drug Follistim, reporting $6.2B in 2025 revenue. Organon shares rose 17.2% to $13.20 Monday. The deal is expected to close in early 2027 pending approvals and will be funded with cash and bank financing.
