Watch as a family experiences a tense moment when an elephant suddenly charges toward their car during a safari.
Patience Pindile Nxumalo, a Sanparks employee, captured the close encounter while visiting Kruger National Park in Phalaborwa, South Africa with her children.
The video shows the elephant approaching the vehicle before suddenly picking up speed and charging toward it.
Inside the car, the family reacts as the massive animal gets dangerously close.
After a brief chase, the elephant slows down and eventually moves away, ending the tense moment.
