A massive fire broke out on Wednesday morning in the Gaur Green Avenue Society located in Indirapuram, creating panic among residents. The fire started in a flat on the ninth floor and quickly spread up to the 12th floor, affecting a total of six flats. The blaze was so intense that thick smoke could be seen from a considerable distance.
Upon receiving the information, several fire brigade vehicles rushed to the spot. After nearly two hours of continuous efforts, the fire was brought under control with the help of a hydraulic platform. Preliminary investigations suggest that the fire may have been caused by a short circuit in an air conditioner.
Fortunately, all residents were safely evacuated, and no casualties have been reported. However, the belongings in the affected flats were completely destroyed in the fire.
इंदिरापुरम स्थित गौड़ ग्रीन एवेन्यू सोसाइटी में बुधवार सुबह भीषण आग लगने से हड़कंप मच गया। आग नौवीं मंजिल के एक फ्लैट में शुरू हुई और तेजी से फैलते हुए 12वीं मंजिल तक पहुंच गई, जिससे कुल छह फ्लैट इसकी चपेट में आ गए। आग इतनी विकराल थी कि उसका धुआं दूर-दूर तक दिखाई दिया। सूचना मिलते ही दमकल विभाग की कई गाड़ियां मौके पर पहुंचीं और करीब दो घंटे की मशक्कत के बाद हाइड्रॉलिक प्लेटफॉर्म की मदद से आग पर काबू पाया गया। शुरुआती जांच में आग लगने का कारण एसी में शॉर्ट सर्किट बताया जा रहा है। राहत की बात यह रही कि सभी लोगों को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाल लिया गया और किसी के हताहत होने की खबर नहीं है। हालांकि, प्रभावित फ्लैटों का सामान पूरी तरह जलकर राख हो गया।
