Former lawmaker appeals to DOJ to present key witness in flood control scam
Former Anakalusugan party-list congressman Michael 'Mike' Defensor (in black) appeals on to Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla to present 'missing' flood control corruption scandal whistleblower, ex-Marine Sergeant Orly Guteza, since his affidavits now form part of the plunder complaints to be filed at the Sandiganbayan against ex-Speaker Martin Romualdez and fugitive ex-Ako Bicol lawmaker Zaldy Co. Defensor, who presented Guteza to Sen. Rodante Marcoleta at the height of the Senate flood control inquiry, said he and his family have been worried as they lost contact with him after their conversation late last year.
