Watch as an attempt to jump onto a treadmill at full speed ends in a sudden wipeout.
Mavis Palaita, a content creator from Utah, USA captured the moment while trying out the risky move at home.
The video shows her starting the treadmill at high speed before attempting to jump on and match the pace.Within seconds, she loses footing and is thrown off the back of the machine.
The unexpected fall sends her landing behind the treadmill as the clip cuts.Despite the dramatic fail, she was unhurt, turning the moment into a lesson in overconfidence.
Mavis Said: "When over confidence fails. I really thought that pre-setting the treadmill at full speed and jumping on it I would be able to run it, and that was not the case. It kicked me right off and I landed behind it. "
The clip was shared on Instagram where one user commented:"the way your husband hit & slapped the machine lmao."
