Unlike standard generation-based swapping, this method allows you to take faces from one source photo and transplant them onto another—perfect for editing group shots, movie posters, or friend photos. I walk through the technical setup, including how to handle denoising strength (set to 0 to keep the original image intact), index mapping for multiple faces, and troubleshooting face detection in crowded scenes.
