Many Trade Union Leaders have expressed a belief that more progress is being made now as opposed to when the former government was in power.
There is a plan for the remaining trade unions which refused the 4 percent to begin moving the process forward. At the 2026 May Day Celebrations, it was revealed that meeting has been scheduled with the Minister of Labour.
