Marcos inaugurates Calax Subsection 3
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday led the inauguration of the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (Calax) Subsection 3, a a 7.88 km stretch of road connecting the Silang Interchange to Governor’s Drive Interchange in General Trias City. It is expected to cut travel time between Biñan City, Laguna, and General Trias, Cavite, from one hour to 26 minutes. The highway segment will officially open to motorists at 12 midnight on May 5 and is toll fee for one month.
