Anthropic is finalizing a $1.5B joint venture with Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, and Goldman Sachs to sell AI tools to private equity-backed companies, with each major partner investing $150M–$300M. Anthropic is also eyeing a public listing as early as this year as Claude Code drives revenue growth.
