Government is moving to clear long-standing financial obligations to workers at the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission.
Public Utilities Minister Barry Padarath says significant payments have already been made, with more expected as talks continue. The Minister was speaking at the Angostura Solar Power System launch, Sharla Kistow reports.
