The Federal Government will spend 74 million dollars to set up a counter terrorism online centre, to target online terrorists who try to radicalise young people. The centre will be led by the AFP and ASIO, and will be tasked with identifying and deterring online extremism, including on gaming platforms and in chat rooms.
