Two marine rescue volunteers who died trying to save another person off the New South Wales coast on Monday have been identified. 78-year-old Bill Ewen and 62-year-old Frank Petch died when their boat capsized in treacherous conditions on Monday night. The skipper of the yacht also died and is yet to be formally identified.
