The FDA and CDC have verified a multistate E. coli outbreak connected to RAW FARM's raw cheddar cheese distributed in California, Florida, and Texas. There are nine confirmed cases, with more than half involving children under the age of five. This situation has resulted in three hospitalizations and one instance of hemolytic uremic syndrome (kidney failure). The CDC advises consumers to eliminate these products and be alert for any symptoms.
