Debate on a bill to end greyhound racing in Tasmania is set for another delay, with the premier writing to the upper house members, to say he wants a parliamentary committee to review it. It has prompted anger from some legislative councillors frustrated with the process. Meanwhile, that chamber will have a new face next time it sits with one race settled.
