The allocation for the Malaysian Indian Transformation Unit (Mitra) has been increased by an additional RM50mil this year, bringing the total allocation for 2026 to RM150mil, says Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
In a speech on Sunday (May 10), the Prime Minister commended Mitra’s recent performance in implementing programmes for the Indian community with the existing RM100mil allocation for 2026.
