Tension erupts between members of the National Bureau of Investigation and members of the Senate Office of the Sergeant-at-Arms.
This happened after the OSAA tried to prevent the NBI agents from leaving, which resulted in a physical altercation.
The Senate later cited the NBI agents in contempt following their alleged attempt to arrest Ronald dela Rosa inside the Senate building.
The motion was raised by Sen. Joel Villanueva after surveillance footage shown during the plenary session allegedly showed NBI personnel pursuing Dela Rosa within the Senate premises. (via Dhel Nazario | MB)
