Public hearings before the International Court of Justice regarding the border dispute between Guyana and Venezuela concluded today....but not before Venezuela's Acting President had her say.
Venezuela's interim leader maintained her country's position on the Court and the Essequibo region, as she made reference to a protocol that had been signed in this country's capital city in 1970.
