Police have arrested a local man who swung a parang at them on Jalan Ulu Yam, Batu Caves, Gombak
The incident occurred when the Gombak police headquarters' Narcotics Criminal Investigation Division was carrying out an operation to detain a suspected drug trafficker at 4.30pm on Monday (May 11).
