Prosecutors drop murder, manslaughter charge against Isla Bell’s accused killer Marat Ganiev

Prosecutors have sensationally dropped murder and manslaughter charges against the man who was accused of killing Melbourne woman Isla Bell and putting her remains in a fridge. Ms Bell’s family says they are devastated by the outcome.
