$1.5b Trump Tower on Gold Coast scrapped less than three months after deal struck

A plan to build a Trump Tower at Surfers Paradise in southeast Queensland has fallen through. The Trump organisation has removed the project from its website, while the developer has labelled the brand ‘toxic’ in Australia.
