Federal Court rules Coles’ ‘Down Down’ promotions were misleading

The federal court has found Coles misled customers through its 'Down Down' promotion program. The ACCC took the supermarket giant to court over accusations they used fake discounts by artificially inflating prices and then dropping them back down.
